My top 5 cooking must-haves

Because I am a feelingera master chef, here's my top 5 cooking must-haves.

Olive oil
This comes in handy whenever I feel like cooking salpicao or any pasta dish. Also good to have for salad dressings. 

Brown sugar
I have this all the time in my pantry. Brown sugar is highly useful  when cooking savory dishes. Just sprinkle a little amount to pork chops and it gives it a brown crust. 

Chicken stock (or any stock for that matter)
This is handy to have especially if your family is fond of eating stew and soups. 

Dried herbs
My pantry is always stocked with dried herbs. My herb cabinet has to be stocked with these all the time.

Chives
Since these are not available dried, I have to get them fresh from the market every week. Best used as a garnish for some but I like the mild and sweet flavor it adds to any dish.
